Looking for a few more HP out of teh 2.0 zetec, currently standard on twin 45's. Westfield exhaust manifold, Wunoff 6" silencer. Rolling road set up done, so what is next and at what cost?
Most cost effective?
Here's a free one... go on a diet!
Cheers,
James
NOS !!!
this might sound weird, but what do you wannt to actually achieve?
fast lap times on track days? fit some better brake pads, let you brake later and go faster to a corner for longer
better acceleration/top speed? smaller/bigger diameter wheels
higher output on a rolling road, then you have to really look at the engine, but what does a higher figure actually achieve?

What sort of power is it making at the moment? Twin 45s should allow up to about 200bhp. If you're going much above that on a zetec, I believe
you need to spend out on ARP bolts, forged rods/pistons etc, so if you haven't already it could get quite expensive.
Assuming thats ok NOS or turbo I guess
