hi guys, me again, having to make a sleeve for the gearbox i was wondering if anyone knows the outside diameter of the protective sleeve around the input shaft, needs to be pretty exact. I dont have one to measure at the mo.

Just checked a spare one I have in the garage and above dimension is correct but the bellhousing spigot is the large diameter on the nose piece I think. I suppose the smaller one is machined off the bigger one so it should be close to centre.

Yeah unfortunately the spacer kit I bought doesn't have q way of aligning the box and bell housing.
