He only a a hundred or so lights this guy has 45,000 and a 7 metre high tower shaped like an oil derrick to hang them on.

Thats nothing, I'm convinced the bloke next door is drilling spy wholes in the walls (He is either using a drill all the time or something that sounds like one).

Probably faster than the bike can go as when he fires the rocket it already is going the same speed as the bike. I suppose that if the bike was going extremely fast the resulting air resistance might prevent the rocket from leaving the tube.
