I think there are a couple that advertise on here so the name may help.

Presumably we're talking about Gary, have you spoke to him personally? I've given up with the email or talking to staff but whenever I've hung onto speak with Gary himself it always got sorted. Is it something to do with the admin, seems to be a weak point within his business.

Hope you get sorted.

Cheers

Rich

I think all kit insurance companies are bad to varing degrees.
I have a gripe with surely-useless-term, who cocked up no less than 4 times with me.

I have 3 cars with Gary's company and have had no problems. It took me a while to get paperwork back to them for one of the cars - just slipped my mind. That was my error though, not theirs.

Annoyingly with Xmas now upon us it's probably not the best time to sort it but I wish you luck!

I was concerned with all the errors on my policy (I eventually got them sorted) if I ever needed to claim it would be a nightmare. Think I may give them a miss next year even if it does cost me a few quid more.

After many phone calls and assurances that it would happen it took a call to the actual insurance co. to get my details on the MID THREE months after insuring with this brokers.

I too will not be re-insuring with them again.
