Taxing online
Why cant I choose the month of March as the start date for my Tax disc, it automatically defaults to Feb aaaaargh
Life is like a bowl of fruit, funny how all the weird looking ones are left alone

At the Post Office it can only be done 2 days before, maybe its the same. Think its because the disk only has an expiry date.

Presumably the car is currently untaxed?
In which case I woul expxct that on the grounds that you are taxing it because you want to drive it -immediatly

i think that the page you select start date is the page after the one you would expect - try clicking next and i think you can change feb to march on
the following page. I deffo had this problem a while ago.

You can't tax a car thats on sorn before the begining of the month online. I've tried that before.
Rubbish that isn't it.

my car is also currently sorn, when can i get it taxed to say from March - can i do this tommorow morning as its two days before??

I dont think that right. The bloke in the PO up the road from me told me you can tax a taxed car 14 days before and an untaxed car 7 days before.
