Chassis is a flat ladder affair made out of 4x2 box with towers at the front for the struts. Further reinforced with a 4 point mounted roll bar.
MK 1 or 2 Escort cross members bolt on for standard Escort suspension.
I have a bare chassis here for sale if you want it.

Cheers guys! Its is a technically horrible chassis but Im sure it works alright!
I fall across the eagle Rv, its beggars belief how one can look so much better yet sell far fewer

Reason I was watching one, I had a thought (for about as long as it took to push "watch this item" of mounting one onto a Range Rover
chassis

There is a couple about like that.
I nearly bought one a couple of months ago to put a decent diesel in. Thought about shoe horning a 2.5 td bmw 6 pot.
