Going rate for ally sheet

I've been offered 2 x 4' x 8' 16gauge aluminium sheets for £75. Then I realised I have NO idea what prices are like, last time I bought any aluminium was 4 or 5 years ago and it was much thinner stuff.

we get a sheet 1250 x 2500 x 2mm 68.00 all in





just because you are a character, doesnt mean you have character....

for all your bespoke parts, ali welding, waterjet, laser, folding, turning, milling, composite work, spraying, anodising and cad drawing....

That sounds like a good deal to me.

Last sheet I bought in 07 was £45 although they did guilotene (sp?) it into smaller pieces for me.

Thanks for the info. Just need to figure a way of getting them. I don't think they'll fit in a micra

The place i use in leeds is asking £56.40 for the sheet.

thats plastic coated.

they are the cheapest around for steel tube and alli so i use them.

i love near scunthorpe who are mad pricing.....
