Jaguar / Lucas cam phase sensor voltage??

Anybody in the know as to whether the cam phase sensor on an AJ16 jag engine is 12 volt or 5 volt?

The jag part no. is DBC10603, its a lucas sensor, fitted as a "dummy distributor".

Hall effect sensors are normally 12v.
If you look at a hayes manual you can follow the wiring diagram. Another opton is try 5 volts, see if it works then try 12v.
