Tickets are only available pre-bought and not on the gate - not sure of availability for Sunday, phone 01243 755055 quickly to find out.

Are you talking about the Festival of Speed, or the Revival?

sunday is the busy day but most stuff will be going up the hill unless someone binned it on friday saturday, no need for a granstand in my opinion as
there are plenty of good places to see the action on the hill and there is llllllloads to see, get there early, take your own food/drinks if you want
as its v.pricey and enjoy the day!
away from cars, now cycling and building TT bikes

FoS is an amazing place to be. I went about 4 years ago.
As the other person said get there early as its massive. Unfortunatly I can guarantee that you wont see it all. I only just took it all in over three
days!
You dont need grandstand tickets. They are great and and I spent the saturday in a grandstand but not a necessity.
Up to you if you bring your own food. It is expensive but you will also do alot of walking so if you want to carry it all then you can.
I would personally try and get a map before hand to save time and make sure you dont miss anything you really want to see. I took three days so werent
bothered but 1 day means possibly missing the less interesting things. I nearly missed out on the whole rally section and pits because we thought
there was nothing up the top of the hill!!
If the weather is good (which it should be) then it will be petrolhead heaven, enjoy.
Track days ARE the best thing since sliced bread, until I get a supercharger that is!

Me and the GF have done the FOS for the last 4 years, always a cracking day out.
However we are doing the Revival this for for a change (everyone I know who has been reckons it's epic )
You couldn't pwn your way out of a wet paper bag, with "PWN ME!!" written on it, from the "pwned take-away" which originally contained one
portion of chicken tikka pwnsala and the obligatory free pwnpadom.
