Will I ever get my perfect plate?
Hi all, long time no speak.
Have not been around this neck of woods for a while. Car is still laid up due to nothing major other than a lack of time!
My user name is Bi22le ( im sure you may of noticed). My nick name in real life is Bizzle ( long, and uneventful story but so have all good nick
names!) so I was thinking about my perfect number plate for my car.
I would like B122 LEB (second name is Brown)
or
B122 LEY
Or any thing else really with B122 LE*
thing is they were considered normal plates back in the day so none are for sale and the cars are probably all gone now. Is there anyway I can track
them? I would love a couple of these plates!!
Please help!

Don't think you can transfer normal plates??? So even if you did find a car with it on. Don't think you could keep it. I know my age
related plate isn't transferable.....

You can transfer a normal plate.
A friend of mine called George had a neighbour that had a plate:
G50 RGY. Std plate from new
He brought the car (was going to be scrapped) and V5 and transferred the plate. He changed the spacing and stuck it on his TT.
G5 ORGY (G's orgy!)
So nobody can help with my search for a plate?

Bizzle, have you tried contacting any of the places that sell registation plates or even better the DVLA (they do sell plates).
