Car Stereos

No... not for the kit!

I've got down to two stereos on my shortlist for the Landy... a Pioneer and a Kenwood.

Are any of the LCB-Massive able to give me a 'pros and cons' of either as a brand (I've not looked into aftermarket ICE since the early 90's!).

Personally I would go for Sony, but thats just me, I think they give better all round value.

Cheers guys... should have said that two 'musts' are Bluetooth for Handsfree and USB iPhone connectivity.

From experience, try before you buy, particularly on the ipod control interface and info display. The good ones are OK to use, the bad ones are frankly unusable. Alpine are worth a look, there are several with Bluetooth and Ipod connectivity.

Also look for units with an SD card slot. Very easy to replicate your ipod collection onto a memory card and simply leave it in the head unit. Then you ipod can't be pinched from the car
