I have a theory, and put simply it is that the speed of a transit is proportional to the amount of rubble in it, and inversly proportional to the
amount of sign writing that it displays,...
anyone agree?

A bit off-topic, specially because I haven't seen this Top Gear episode but...
It seems there was some racing Ford Transit there. If you like that, I bet you would love the Ford Transit Trophy we have here:
Ford Transit Trophy
Since the site is all in Portuguese, to save you the pain, if you just want pictures and videos look at the top for "Galeria" and then
select "Vídeos" for videos and "Fotografias" for pictures.
Hope this makes at least one person happy! Best regards,

Is it the same one they use at the Goodwood FOS? Wasn't sure if there were a couple or if they just dressed it up with the sign writing and
roofrack for the festival.

Not wanting to show my age too much, but haven't some of us seen 'Super Transits' and such like earlier then any of these mentioned
??
I am sure I saw one that looked like a MK2(transit) that was sat on a 70s F1 car and running a full race spec Cossie DFV motor in the load bed. I am
sure there have been others!
Hamster looked 'SO' shocked that no-one had told him it wasn't an old oiler !
Off to look in the attic for old super van photos

That picture reminds me that Ford have made some GREAT cars (vans) but none recently!
Why is the current Focus RS FWD it needs 4WD to be in with the truly great cars, which it could easily have been!
