AA or RAC
Thinking of getting some sort of recovery/breakdown cover and just wondered which one you would go for?
The prices are about the same

RAC - they don't mind if you break down coming back from a "Motorsport" event. AA do.

Try ADAC.... European recovery. German i believe. Will cover Uk too, plus they are the only ones allowed on the "ring".
Supposed to have the best service too, being Germans.

AA, never let me down and it covers me for whichever vehicle I am in.

My vote would be for direct line or Green flag, they use local recovery companys with spec lifts and tilt'n'slides to where you break down
which means your not waiting for too long. I had a clutch cable go on a sierra, got a call from the company asking what had broke and they came out
with a spec lift and a new cable fitted it in 5 mins. The AA and RAC tend to recover you and take it home not fix it as their vans only have towing
dollies.

Whichever you pick - first ask if they are happy to deal with kit cars. I've heard stories...
I'm with Britannia Rescue - a lot like Green Flag - in fact you'll often get the same tow truck whichever you're with!
