Wrong end of the stick dept.
Clearly the vendor of kit car rolling chassis with chain drive diff axle | eBay UK didn't ask anyone that actually
knew the answer the following question.
"When you're building a bike engined car, how do you get the drive from the bike engine to the back axle.
Had they done so, they wouldn't have done this.
There are lots of other things to admire, but I'm sure you'll find those yourselves.

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

The question I have is..... Where the hell did he expect to put the engine?
Was he planning on running a chain all the way to the front of the car? There certainly isn't any room in front of the axle.

Put the engine transversley in the front, extended chain running through the transmission tunnel - matches the existing engineering !!!
If you can keep you head, whilst all others around you are losing theirs, you are not fully aware of the situation

As an engineer myself I find the fact that you refer to that abomination as 'Engineering' quite an insult sir!

C´mon guys,
This is "normal" in this side of the world, Sealed bearings and everyday brush of oil...
By the way you all would be shocked by the amount and diversity of contraptions used on our streets/roads.
Beware of what you wish.. for it may come true....
