New cat questions....
Fitted my new can today with 2 cats inside(none furry type!).
Apart from getting bloody hot quick and burning my fingers it made a strange smell and once warm smoked a little, its brand new.
The smell was a little sweet and it none of it was engine type smoke/smell.
I only ran the car for 5 mins or so. I guess it will go away once the cars been ran properly.
Is this normal for new cats?

Mine smelled a bit on the first startup too - it is just the normal process of getting everything up to temp and nothing to worry about.
