I followed the PH links, and find:
the picture is from 2006, at Morges, Switzerland
however, it also has a much bigger sister camera.

I thought the reference to 'covert design' was the fact it was covered with LCB logo's!

if they start sticking those on the roads im starting a campaign for national remove your number plate day. there has to be a point where enough is
enough.
