Car trailering needed - which company to use?
Afternoon,
I need to trailer my tintop car from Uxbridge (West London) to Coggeshall, Essex (near Colchester). Its 81 miles, via the M25 and M11 and the A120.
It failed its MOT, and the insurance and tax has run out . I'm trying to take it to my friend's friend's MOT garage before Friday.
If he can't pick it up himself, I'm going to be a bit stuck!
Has anybody got any recommendations as to a company I could use? Or is there anybody on here who will be able to trailer the car for me, in exchange
for lots of beer tokens?
Regards,
James

Or to a pre-booked appointment to get it repaired.
But trailering might be more responsible.
[edit] Oh insurance run out. Sorry, not so easy.

Yeh I'm about to ring up the insurance company, see what sort of a quote they'll give me. Hopefully it will be reasonable!

Hi
What is the size & weight of the tin top ?
You can just get insurance for a day or as long as you want.
