F1 numbers.

an odd development, but as mentioned works well for the marketing boys.

Interesting choice by Maldonado - I assume it doesn’t have the same connotations in Venezuelan culture.

13 is considered lucky in many cultures.

disappointed no playboy has gone for 69!

Shhh, dont tell anyone but my number has not been selected yet so at the able age of 31 I still have a chance to fulfil my dream!!

How dare one-finger choose 5? that was Nigel's number!!

Surely he should have chosen 'Nein'?

It looks like the Midget is winning at the moment......

And Kimi picked 7 - not because it's lucky, but because he had it last year and can't be arsed to change (or so he says, but I bet he was secretly pleased and didn't want to break his Ice Man image!)

I'm glad Maldonado has taken 13 and confounded all the nonsense peddling morons, although I'm sure it won't be long before some cretins start blaming any and all misfortune he has on the number and not the fact that he's an unpredictable driver in a near bankrupt team.

I think best choice is Sutils though, the champion may have the lowest number but he will always have the highest.

Surely Vettell is allowed 5 because of his spot on 'Nige' impression?

I reckon Maldonado picked 13 for the very reason given above, to scape goat his dangerous driving....

Will Seb be sporting a tasche next year?
