New toy :)
Appear to have bought a new project. Being put through an mot then may use it for summer, by which time garage may have been extended, then the fun
can begin

Might be the sort of thing you'd enjoy, but I'll stick to stuff that can be used in public (under normal circumstances but perhaps
you're a bit of an exhibitionist)

First recommendation is check the condition of the radiator.
Are you going to turbo the K ?

Yep turbo the k, but have to keep it secret for the moment as wife doesn't know
Have to get garage/porch extension finished then I can give her the good news

I recently bought myself a 205 GTI, which SWMBO was advised of the night before I went to collect it. It took a couple of days, but she soon warmed
to the idea.
I then bought a 205 GTI bare body shell, which my Dad and I manage to sneak into to my integral garage unseen . It was in the for 6 days before she
happened to go in there for a pair of the kids wellies.
By that point I'd forgotten she didn't know and was well and truly caught off guard when I got home from work and questioned on the matter
Please keep us posted on the "introduction" process!
