My other hobby car

Well, not so much of a hobby as it's my retirement present to myself while they are still cheap, but worth a mention as I have been playing

So standard early DB7 i6, from the factory rated at 335hp although most never made 300hp.

So over the last 2 years I have ported the eaton m90 3rd gen charger, put on a smaller pulley and made an exhaust, Andy kindly cut some flanges, Wadders flogged me some bends for the manifold and I made the rest of the exhaust from 2" bends and 200 cell cats.

Final stage last month was piggy back the original Zytec ECU with an Emerald, it's now been on the rollers at Emerald HQ, 378bhp with 375lb/ft torque, 300lb/ft from 2000 rpm.

Here's a vid on the rollers, 5th so them wheels are going fast

Very happy with result, locost for shed works

here's the graph, the torque is fantastic, when i joined the m4 today I put my foot down to filter across, thought this is pulling well for third gear, went for forth but it was already in there!

The wiggle at the top is John who mapped it driving the pedal into the carpet, it was not getting full throttle until then, pedal is now bent up a bit
