That's mental! Reported for Dangerous Condition? I'd say there's a fair case for a Dangerous Driving indictment there. Someone
that stupid would maybe benefit from a little time in jail... at the very least it would keep the roads that bit safer whilst they were away!

Read it several times before I worked out he was towing the hatchback/truck combo with another car (presumably the one with pixelated reg).
