Garage Concrete Floor Blisters

Can anyone guide me?
I have just had a new concrete floor poured on Wednesday.
I had my first walk on it this morning and about half the surface is 'crispy' with blisters in places.

Clearly there is an issue with the concrete.

It would seem that air has tried to escape after the surface was troweled.

So, the question is, can it be fixed or is it a dig it up job.
Should I let the contractors near it or have it inspected first

I don't really want a fight about this but...

The area is about 60 square metres.
The concrete came from a big mix it as required truck.
