Is it a pre-requisit that all viewers shold be familiar with a programs presenters before they appear on it? Did you know who Clarkson, Hammond and
May where before they appeared on TG?

TG has disappeared from my radar I'm afraid. I don't have much time for the chosen presenters, although I do enjoy Chris Harris on
Youtube - a proper petrol head who seems to make a living with it.
On the other note and back to the thread, I have watched the DC s GM program now. I must admit I was surprised by some of the results - namely the
acceleration, which I expected GM to win on the bike. The braking didn't surprise me as the car, although heavier, has a much larger contact
area and, I'd imagine, better weight distribution. What I found interesting was the amount of physical effort GM had to put in to riding, he
really had to move his body weight around to get the balance he was looking for - it surprised DC too as he was effectively sat still in a very
powerful car.
I must admit I don't find DC overly engaging to watch, but GM as a presenter I think is excellent - just says what he thinks and gets on with
it.
Did make me laugh when DC moved GM's shoes while he was sat in the F1 car - made me chuckle.
