Tried ordering some 13x7 in gloss anthracite and et35. The selection form went ok but as soon as I added to the basket the size would change to 16x7.
It was late so I missed out as the price went up the next day.
I see the same is still happening so I may send them a cheeky email

I suspect the combination you are after isnt available, hence why the size jumps.
If you leave offset till last, you can choose 25 or 38mm.

When input it in it shows offsets of 15, 20,25, 30, 32 and 35. I can select 35 in black and silver but anthracite goes to 16x7 when added even though
the drop down menus don't change

WHen I select all your options and leave offset till last i only see a few offsets. Make sure you wait a few seconds after making each selection for
the forms to update themselves.
If you dont select colour, and choose 35mm offset, there are only the bright colour options available.
