took the tin top for a run, (only 50cm)

so the only time the tin top has moved in a month, is just to start it, roll it back a little so the tyres don't have flat spots, get some oil round the engine and its turbo. and park it without the brakes on, and exercise (or is that exorcise) the clutch
if it hadn't had a new battery at christmas, that would now be on charge

yes, I am fortunate that I can walk the 500 metres to the co-op for shopping (and exercise for me ;-)

My fun car has been mothballed, wrapped under a sheet and the battery pulled.

My car last moved last week when I had to get some stuff for the mother in law. I'll take the wife's car next. Aim is to keep alternating them. (I'm expecting we'll have to do something every week or two)

I’ve been storing one of my cars at work. It’s not moved in a month. I brought it home from work Thursday night, I enjoyed giving it some exercise.

My tintop has a coating of dust that's a bit like concrete - I live in farming country, and it's stuff that's blown off the bone-dry fields.

Good idea to move the car a few cms to easy the tyres...

Mine hasn't moved for 3 weeks.
Will be stripping off the supercharger and de carbonising the intake valves with walnut shells 🤞

Ours hasn't moved for a week now, before that it was only a slightly elongated trip to the shop, just a few miles. I think i'd better stick the battery charger on it for a while just in case!

I don’t have a Kit as of yet, but I did manage to get the Porsche out last Friday for the fortnightly essential food shop. The quiet roads made for quite an enjoyable run. Last run before then was just before lockdown. Seems so wasteful to not use it, but we must follow the rules and it will only be used for the very infrequent trip out for the essentials. At least it’s a chance to catch up on some repairs/alterations.
