I'd definitely be fitting dual circuit, especially if towing. If you ram on the handbrake if the brakes ever failed it's liable to just flip
the car, especially if towing as their vicious handbrakes. The difference in piping is minimal, even the vacuum servo is easy and cheap second hand.
I also fitted a P38 power steering box, defender column and a shogun power steering pump. I was an amazing difference and could park with one hand. I
got a local hydraulics company to make up the hoses for me and I fabricated all the mountings.
