brake fluid warning light on remote reservoirs
evening all,
i am looking to transfer my single brake fluid reservoir, which is currently mounted to the scuttle, to two separate individual reservoirs to allow
for an interchangable scuttle system [one with screen and one without - don't ask for details, its a long story]
i have been looking at these wilwood master cylinders, 0.75 for front calipers and 0.625 for rear
http://www.rallydesign.co.uk/popup_image.php?pID=4053
i have a question regarding the low level brake fluid warning light.
Do you have to have one to pass MOT? if you do, can anyone offer up idea's on how you would install one with these cylinder reservoirs?
cheers
I love Pinto's, even if i did get mine from P&O!

Yup, they sure do Same on mine. they're standard Ford parts btw, any brake fluid level sensor of an old Ford will fit...

mine used to pass its MOT without one so i don't think it is needed, although probably a good idea to have one if you can

I think you might have that ^^^ the wrong way around.
I've never seen the fliud level sensor checked at MOT.

Yes those are the sizes dax supply as standard with their pedal boxes. 0.625 is the m/c for the front circuit.
