Spotted the crazy 4 door porsche today
I thought it was gross on tele, but it looked nice in real life.
Pretty sure I wont see many around though.
Anyone else seen one? What did you think of it in the flesh?

Funny you should mention that. I saw my first one in St Annes on Sunday. Just looks wrong to me

I think it was because it went past in the motorway as I was turning off, it was a proper double take moment.
I wasn't thinking of a two seater sportscar gone wrong, but what looked like a sporty family estate.
Then I twigged but was disapearing down the off ramp

Saw one down the village high street where I work a couple of months back, looked too big for the road!
Still, its not the ugliest current porsche... not that thats much of an achievment when the Cayenne is still in their lineup.

I've seen one up close, the inside looks really nice but the outside is still ugly, I think it looks worse in the metal because its proportions
are just wrong.

I never really minded it. Just looks like a streched 911 with a few styling tweaks.
How long can i resist the temptation to drop a V8 in?

at first everyone said the cayenne was an ugly car and although some people still hold that view, i see more cayennes on the road round me than i do
911's. lets wait and see how many panamera's we see in a few years time.

saw one in switzerland at xmas. Looked very nice in the metal.
If I was looking for a four door like that i'd go for the Maserati quattroporte GTS. (second hand as the depreciate like crazy)

I was under the impression that the Cayenne is the best selling porshe ever, but its a horrible looking car and I really don't see the point (It
looks like the sports offroader fad is over at least), Almost every time I see them they're driving badly (Normally in the middle of the road or
trying to reverse park, you'd think you'd give up after 15 goes?).

First one I saw passed me on the motorway. It was like an Intercity 125 going passed it just kept coming but eventually the rear end appeared! Big
ugly limo in disguise.
