Its a crap story. 0-60 in under 6 seconds..... yeah, so??? If it was under 4 it might grab our attention!
How the fk did that get into the SUN?
Isnt he on here somewhere?
Tegwin, i think he designed and built it from scratch from a "Basic Chassis".

And why would anyone call a 150mph car a supercar???
How long can i resist the temptation to drop a V8 in?

My 1999 Audi A6 estate will do 150mph!!
I have now realised what I'm doing wrong with my build now...
I've been trying to build my car in the wardrobe in the spare room!!!
I best moveit to the garage then.

Ooo, now then reporter, look at my sub 4 second car I built in my garage, look at that home made induction system that works better than the Ford one.
Its FWD engine that has been engineered to rwd...

"The design evolved as I went along"
Ah so you DIDN'T buy a K1 Attack kit and put it all together following their instructions?
This is a typical example of the press getting a simple story to sensational proportions. They probably sent a spotty 19 year old journalist round to
take the 'facts' and just made up the rest!
Cheers,
Raz

I think what we need to realise is that this is The Sun. They take a boring, small and often useless story. They then change all of the facts
completely and dumb it down for the readers.
Nice car though!!
Track days ARE the best thing since sliced bread, until I get a supercharger that is!

Still, ignoring whatever BS has been added to sensationalise the story, I must say, that the pictures seem to suggest that he has done a lovely job of
building and finishing the car.
I have been following the build story of a K1 by a young lady in CKC magazine and it seems the kit is not the easiest to build. With that in mind, I
think the builder deserves some congratulation on a job well done.

Don't get me wrong. I think it is a nice car - it was just the daftness of the story that got me chuckling
