BMW 330 m sport diesel help

Hello all

I have a 56 plate 330d M sport which has been starting from cold very rough.

Had it plugged in and it shows all 6 heater plugs with a fault,checked the heater plugs separately and they all seem ok

Any ideas? is there a control module or something?
