Doing things the locost way

I have had the locost at the new workshop for three or four weeks now and not really done much with it so on Monday, i decided to make a ramp to get it down the steep slope and drive round the estate.

As we had some pallets left over from some deliveries, i 'borrowed' a couple

Unfortunatley, i couldn't drive it for long as the steering lock is dreadfull and i couldnt turn down any of the roads on the estate without having to back up and take a second go so need to make some mods

t is a great feeling hitting 27mph and getting into second gear

How long can i resist the temptation to drop a V8 in?

looking good Is the chassis bigger then a MK Indy chassis ?
i have been looking at a skyline engine and box and with a bit of modification it will go in only trouble is there is NO room to get your feet in / on the peddles

I think the engine bay is bigger. Iv made it 6" longer and 6" wider at the nose than a haynes roadster.

You dont need lock when you have rear wheel drive!! Just a good right foot!

I bet that sounds nice.
