Paintshop recommendation please!
Hi all
Looks like the XR2 project is going to be delayed a little so looking for something to occupy my time whilst I wait.
So, I'm thinking of getting the body and paint sorted on my MR2. It's very tatty, lots of scratches and marks in the paint but not too
many dents luckily as I've changed all but one of the damaged panels.
Now, I do like to drive it hard so I'm not looking for a show-winning finish that's going to have me worrying about chipping it every time
I take it out. However, I don't want an aerosol finish either. Also, I'll want to strip it down and rebuild it myself to save some
man-hours and therefore cost. Not bothered about doing the interior, inside the engine bay, or anything like that - just the outside.
Has anyone got a recommendation for a paint shop, preferably local to South Bucks, that would do this kind of work? I want to go Ford 'Ultimate
Green' (the one off the new Focus RS) so whoever does it will need to understand 'modern' paints.
Over to you guys... any suggestions?

These people did a fantastic job on my XK8.
The place does not look much, but they know how to paint.
