FM MP3 transmitters?

Chaps,

Having gone through the nightmare of ordering then cancelling a DAB MP3 radio as it couldn't be fitted without a rewire, I've just come across these things.

Plugs into fag lighter and you can listen to MP3/portable DAB etc.

Has anyone got one - which one and what do you think?

Cheers

Simon

The industry has moved on since my time of ICE but id you want a very quick and east mp3 then look for an FM Modulator that has a 3mm jack input.

You can then plug in your phone or ipod or whatever you want.

Track days ARE the best thing since sliced bread, until I get a supercharger that is!

An early FM transmitter i once had was a nightmare (10 yrs ago). The unit worked well enough, but finding a frequency that wasnt used by a radio station proved very difficult even on local journeys. I gave up using it on longer runs as i seemed to be looking for a free channel more than i was listening to music.

Are the new ones better these days?

This one has been getting pushed on living social, but the one BT is showing looks to be a better deal. Got to be worth a try for a fiver.
