Porsche 911 engine, how much?

Driving home, Porsche coming the other way pulls out to overtake a cue, massive spew of white smoke followed by a huge cloud
Sounded ok as it went past but I could not see what model

Sounds like a Head Gasket, I doubt it will end up being a locost fix.

Saw exactly the same thing with an RX8 through the blackwall tunnel.

I found myself sucking my teeth and say " it'll cost ya!"
