There was a thread from 2012 where someone claimed it had gone up to £6, but it bumped last year to correct it to £4.

It's been £4 for as long as I can remember, unless the price has just dropped?

And the poor attendance by traders the last few times I've been has been somewhat disappointing. Which is a shame, because in the past it's been very good.

Agree with you Stevie, went a couple of months back and there was tumbleweed blowing about.....maybe they have dropped the entrance fee to generate some interest.
Shame really as it was brilliant in years gone by. I stopped going regularly when it turned into more of a car boot /market than an autojumble.

My main reasons for going have been to look at random motorbikes (and parts) with my mates as a bit of general interest and also to pick up whatever bits of metal and fasteners I need.

My last few trips there's been very few people with random bikes and bits, and a lot of the regular traders haven't been there either (not seen Steves Stainless in a while now). the only months I've generally missed for nearly 10 years have been because I had other things on - this is the first month I've not gone because I genuinely couldn't see the point of wasting a good lie in for nothing.

Of course, today will have been the day when someone was there selling a matching numbers triumph T140 and only wanted £500 for it
