Nextbase dash cams superb customer service
The mount on my camera dropped to bits on Friday morning started looking for a new one and was about to call at Maplins to pick up a fresh one when I
remembered that my daughter had problems with hers which they sorted quickly. Mid afternoon went on their web site and mentioned problem and the
reaction was a breath of fresh bait resulting in a new mount arriving Saturday morning post. No connection with the firm in any way but they obviously
are working hard at keeping customers happy so I thought I would mention it as we hear so much about firms who don’t support their products

Totally unrelated (product at least )
Have an Arcadia fresh water stretch led light in my fish tank
Out of warranty, bought off eBay, the transformer packed up, I emailed to find out where to get one, they asked me for model and my address and sent
me one
I now recommend them for anyone looking for aquarium lighting!!

Nice to see some positive feedback on companies supporting their products too - we hear so much negative press about things these days!
