Anyone know where you can get baffles from? Seems like nova racing don't answer emails too quickly so i can't see what their design is like. Does the powertec one give much clearance? It looks like it's a bit bigger than the others.

Re Powertec sump - I kept the engine quite low in the chassis for bonnet clearance, but have about 4 fingers clearance to the floor from the sump....which isn't to bad given previous posts. Never grounded it yet, including speed humps.

Thanks for that Richard. Still not having much luck, no one wants to answer emails and holeshot seems to have dissapeared.

Thanks on the accusump advice.

Regarding sumps, you might want to give Westfield a bell. They do a dry sump which is quite expensive but also a wet sump which is a purpose built casting plus baffles that should fit any sump. They don't bother with a swinging pick up, just cut down the existing. Powertec just cut the bottom off the sump and weld a plate on which reduces oil capacity where the westfield solution increases it.
