to be honest i think we have answered it......
so explain exactly what you want.....

Indicators + 1 or 2 warning lamps?
hazards and warning lamp (the 2 above or a separate one)

Are you trying to nail an existing car loom into your car or have you started from scratch?
Are you using a hazard switch? or are you trying to use a general DPDT switch (why if you are, to save a few quid?...weird as using a hazard switch is so easy and since you dont seem to understand electrics why give your self extra hassle)

Oops the hazard warning lamp would come on with indicators......@if it was connected to pin 49 and not 49a that should fix that problem.
er nope....the relay needs to be on the live side of the switch. do you know its so much easier with a proper switch.

Yep connect it in parallel to 49a with one diode going toward the connection to prevent the hazard dash light coming on when the indicators do.

OK here's my last shot!
hazbad2

This is using your diagram (although I dont like it) I've just added in the pin numbers on your switch as per your very first post (use 1+2 or 5+6 it makes no difference)

All you need to add in is the 2 diodes, which I would connect at the back of the switch
The diodes assuming your using normal lamps 6A should do, something like this
http://mobile.maplin.co.uk/module.aspx?moduleno=46413
Then wire in you hazard lamp as shown
