Oh no, I want this.
Stretched Limo.......
That's the car James May should have built for the stretch limo episode of TG.

Check out the length of that ladder chassis. I reckon if that car took a long curve quickly you would have to hold the doors shut

Shame it hasn't been correctly registered.

Call me a kill-joy if you like, but this car should have been SVA'd and if it had, it wouldn't have historic tax status.

That is just 'orrible!
The original car was frail to say the least - like it was made by Blue Peter out of paper, card and sticky-back plastic - and the suspension was
'interesting', so there's no way that a stretched version should be allowed on the road!
That is scary

Imagine getting married in the perfect setting and your limo turns up to take you to the church and instead of some sort of stretched opulence your
limo looks more at home in Shrek the latest

Looks awefull, none of the body lines line up or flow properly, the roof is distorted. A waste of a reasonablu usable classic in my opinion. not worth
£14.99...

Stretched limos are a joke anyway, even when they're done 'properly' by decent auto engineers.
I read recently that there's a fair chance that they'll get banned before too long, due to the fact that passengers can't wear
proper seatbelts on the sofas.

Apart from being the ultimate in bad taste.
Typical stupid American idea anyway. Luxury in a limousine comes from height, not length. A large part of having a luxury car is that you step into it
or even up into it, not have to bend down then crawl about to get to your seat

There used to be a couple of stretched Mini limos that were quite nice (about 15 years ago).
Quite like the split.

That's right.
have you seen how it works if you hit something? The limo-part is mostly the hardest part (no crimble-zone there and the front off the car is made for
lower mass, so the driver has become part off the impact-zone....) The one at the sofa will "travel" all the way to the front seat.....
EU regulations allow only seats in driven directions and reverse. No more sideway's like the Land Rovers had.
And always seatbelts!
If there are no seatbelts, the seat may only be used for a standing still vehicle (like the camper)
Please feel free to correct my bad English, i'm still learning. Your Dutch is awfull! :-)

It looks a bit bent in the middle, not good for speed humps either.

The last limo we had for a party had seat belts and the kids wore them .... it was from these they even have a plane
