dodgy kitcar on ebay
there is a cosworth robin hood on ebay and it is useing the doner cars number plate,i rang the bloke and he says he has moted it a cupple of times and
had no probs with the insurance,he just told them that its reg is the doners,and they gave him insurance.
so dose this mean i spent 540 for nothing.
also these a mkindy that says it has twin webbers and it has a 32/36 carb.

well he's completely full of s**t, unless it was made in the days prior to SVA,

no offence to him personally but that engine bay looks a right mess!
actual build quality looks ok though, just think you would need to spend a bit of time making the engine bay neater

could be. i have a friend who had a kit car that had been through a couple of MOT's ("no problems" then he got a letter from the
DVLA.
wonder if the owner of this has had a similar letter?

Wasn't that a trick with the early Robin Hoods (being a single car donor) - just change the body style and away you go..? I guess the DVLA are
cracking down...
