Short cuts are a brilliant idea. We need a few jumps too, and a loop the loop. Since F1 cars can go upside down with their aerodynamics, we need a
corkscrew as well. How about swinging logs that you have to drive between?

Remove all wings and aerofoils and passing miraculously would appear again; smples.
Then we might get drivers back like Montoya, Villeneauve, instead of the current set of jockeys.
