Rally Design At Autosport

Did anyone else buy anything from the RD stall at the Autosport show last week?
I wanted to look at a rear view mirror and they had 4 or 5 there so I asked to buy one but they said they couldn't sell one of them, despite there only being one day of the show left so they said they would deliver f.o.c. No worries, I give them the money and they say they have no change and will need bank details. Hmmm, alright. Took all details and address etc. and said expect Tuesday but I still haven't got anything.
I expect they've forgotten as they usually have great customer service but this time not soand I want to know where my bank details have disappeared to. I can't ring whilst at work and they're closed at the weekend so I wondered if anyone else has had/not had stuff arrive from the show?

This is just a follow up to the original post so we're not leaving ends loose. I've had a phone call today from RD explaining that the item has only just come into stock and that it was a mistake when I was told it would arrive a few days later.
Can't get better than a personal phone call eh? Beats a lot of other competitors. To the MD of RD, who I know reads this forum, it isn't a problem, I'm in no particular hurry it's Winter and as I said at the show when you were sat at the side of me your service has alway been excellent and it is reflected amongst loads of posts on here. I was just wondering where my mirror was and quite rightly worried about my bank details had the form been lost. No great shakes it's all sorted now and was obviously a misunderstanding by the new person who sold it to me but then we all make mistakes.
Thanks for the courtesy phone call though, as I say it's more than I would get off other suppliers.
