Might make an interesting project for someone...
Spotted this while having the usual trawl of pistonheads classifieds and thought it might
make an interesting prospect for someone.
I'd be interested myself but I think my next set of wheels will be a built, older Westy for me to play with/upgrade/refurb.

I looked at the ad a few days ago and also thought that... then did a quick 'google' which revealed it to be a rather, erm, questionable
design!
It's Evolution Baby!

Yeah, the guy on tht programme cut out all sorts of cross members to fit the diff and that's where it failed.
The chassis in the ad is stated as an MK GT1 with dominator bodywork

as i remeber i think the chap who ran dominator also accused the builder of losing his bottle and taking a grinder to the front shock mounting that
failed so he had an out.....

Not sure about the...
"it is recognised that the Dominator is better looking than the GT1"
...statement either.
