Suspicious to me.

I know Zakspeed raced Capris around that time, and it does not seem to be finished off properly.

I think it's a modified in the Zakspeed Capri style.

But, good look to him.

I can't believe that Zakspeed built a batmobile............no frills monster Capri's and Escorts yes!. If he doesn't sell it will he put a Bugatti badge on it next?

its not zakspeed, its a Scimitar SE4 Coupe with Ford Escort mk2 'X' Pack arches and a tea tray on the boot...

You gotta have vision ...

... it's the genuine article, ran a 3,1 Essex V6 with a supercharger, built by Tony Steele in the 70's for racing and was used on the road for a short time too. Will be nice when i finish it .... :-)

Blog going up sometime but don't expect it to be a quick resto ....

Here's some pics ... they don't show how wide it is, or the size of the rear wheels on that JAG LSD IRS ... looks better in the flesh to me than on the pics ... body off time shortly ... that'll be fun
