lop the roof of fill it with mud and grow spuds.

Mini's have never done it for me personally.

buy something else, that front end looks weak to me, very weak, put and engine in there and do a frontal impact and the engine is on yer lap.

Always wanted one of those (minisprint) the GRP ones were made by Hawk originally (until BMW sued them - along with most of the rest of the classic mini industry), the moulds have passed around a couple of times since then.

I'd put a full cage in, but otherwise wouldn't worry about strength, plenty of GRP monocoques around and SVA/IVA are quite happy with them.

If you really want a minisprint it's best, for future value, to get a new shell and have it cut down by Neville Trickett who's building them again from his home in France (cutting down then mini was his idea originally). But a shell that doesn't rust does have some attractions
