Wot's yours worth?

just for a laugh, no really, put your tintop details to we-buy-any-car-dot-com.

Online valuations are subject to in-branch inspection and contract and include a contribution from your road fund licence refund. An administration fee applies on purchase. Based on a purchase price of £475, an administration fee of £49.99 including VAT will apply.

so I'll be lucky to see £ 400 for my 1994 volvo 850 T5, 110 k miles

err. I don't think so. (just spent £ 200 on new tyres).

sister took her xara there just to get rid before the mot ran out. I trailered it over for her no insurance, they offered 300 on the web when we got there it was a grotty office with two smarmy young lads not what it depicts on the telly. Never drove the car i took it off the trailer and parked it up. I had to be sopmewhere so i left her and her husband to sort it out with smarmy no1 and 2. When they got back they had the princly sum of £ 50 after all the fees had been deducted and they knocked the price down to 150.
And they had to wait a week for the money if they wanted it within 2 days it was another 30 quid. I would rather have torched the ruddy thing than sell at that price it was worth more as scrap which is probably what happened to it.

I had a LPG'd Subaru legacy and they offered me £10 after fees! so much for £50 to £100,000! Still the guy that bought it off ebay seemed quite happy with the £1150 that he got it for

They offered my mate £800 for it!!!

He was despairate to sell, and as the numpty said"It is 20 years old mate, only really worth scrap value, but i'll do you a favour" !!!

My dad now owns a mint BMW 850csi, for £2000!!!

Offered my sis the same as she was being offered elsewhere to trade-in her low-miles 2 year old Corsa. Very quick process, no haggling and had the money in her account the same day.

Can't really complain with that!

Lets be honest... a dealer of any description is not going to pay out what you think it's worth for some of the cars mentioned in this thread!

We do look very carefully at valuation history before barring a customer from our valuation service and always send a personal email before taking such action. Offered my missus £800 for her Hyundai Coupe. She sold it privately for £2100. Depends whether you want the potential agro and numpties associated with a private sale.

If you read the link from MikeRJ you'll see that you are unlikely to get what the website tells you. Probably closer to £2000.

£2185 for the 03 Zafira

A bit gutted about the bus. It has a 2.2 ecotec in it that I want to put in the Tiger at some stage, so I'm trying to convince SWMBO that it's worth nothing!
