Race Technology Job Vacancies
I just saw these on the Race Technology news letter and knowing there have been a few guys on here lost who their jobs I thought it would be a good
idea to post them on the forum;
1. Sales Administrator
Main duties include processing orders, assisting with sales enquiries, telephone answering, accounts data input and general office duties. This is a
part time position, nominally 3 days per week as a job share with an existing member of staff, though some flexibility in working arrangements and
hours can be offered. Experience in a similar role is desirable and PC literacy is essential, along with the aptitude to understand the main technical
features and benefits of Race Technology’s products, in order to efficiently assist with customer enquiries.
2. Production Technician
This is a full time position in our very busy Production Department. Main duties include assembling, programming and testing our electronic data
loggers and display units, and fault diagnosis and repair of any damaged units returned by customers. Applicants should have an electrical or
electronics background and preferably an electronics qualification, along with excellent soldering and electronics assembly skills. The ability to
fault find in electronic circuits would also be a considerable advantage.
3. Production Assistant
Also a full time position in our Production Department. The successful candidate will assemble and test our range of electronic products and wiring
harnesses. Good practical skills and dexterity are required and the ability to solder would be a distinct advantage, though training will be given as
required.
