OT Fiat cinqucento sporting clutch issues
My daily runner, has developed over the last couple of days, a little prob, and looking to the collective to give me some pointers so that I do not
have to bend over for some garage bills.
Fiat cinqucento 1.1 sporting and the clutch will not engage fully. ie pressing the clutch in with car in gear puts a small pull on the car.
Makes changing grears very clunky and putting it into reverse very noisy.
Ideas are clutch cable adjustment, or is it a new clutch?
Cheers

Adjust the cable first. But will probably snap soon as they do go, its a known weak point. Had to do a couple of cables on mine, but never had to do a
clutch.
I would buy a cable now and keep it in the car (like I do)

Either clutch fingers wearing/breaking or realese bearing failure or oil contamination (all gearbox out and new clutch etc) or cable starting to fail
(known to break at the pedal end).
