I love putting myself up for some p1sstaking...
The lada is perfect for it..
Ugandan Dollars - LOL
Its soon to get fitted with a rebuilt Fiat 2.0 twincam, a full stainless 2" system, and I might put the tow hitch back on it .
Towing the little Fiat with my Lada will be UBER COOL . The mpg will be rather scary though, it only does about 20mpg now with a 1600 in it.
You have always been able to buy new Nivas from Russia - LHD only as they are now, for around £8000.
Carry on -

Only jesting... I have to admit to having a soft spot for the Niva!
I've never heard anyone knock them (who actually knows what they are talking about!).

Well I dont know what Im talking about and love em...
I went to the local Harley dealers last week, they have just moved into the since closed Bentley delaers. As I pulled in there was lots of gleeming
HArleys & Buells outside , a lovely TR6 a Porsche 996gt and a Bentley GTC.
I went in the showroom, and when I left whose car had three people standing looking at it ??
My Niva won...

We had one of these as a workshop runabout in Dubai, went everywhere and in the 4 years we had it im betting it never had its fluids changed or
checked either knowing the workshop boys! Tough as old boots but somehow endearing...

Theres a Spanish diesel on Ebat at the moment, only problem is its still there. Peugeot diesel so a tad flat.
Theres a guy got a Cologne V6 in his, and another with a LDV Tdi.
My Fiat TC will do the trick, its still very low geared but will sound magic with a 2" exhaust.
Since Top Gear did a bit with them , they are making more money now.
I describe them as 1950s technology crammed into a 1990s bodyshell. It can be fixed with a hammer, a piece of wire and some gaffer tape.
Never leave the house without them.
