Bit of Wing Mirror Identification please

My mate has had his car damaged last night by a car, whiclst parked outside his house, done some panel damage to his car that will need rapairing.

The offending car as however left a present behind, namely a wing mirror painted housing. It may be that the car is a local car and it would be handy to know what it came from.

Anyone have any ideas what it may have come from ?

Probably cant see form the rear picture below but has these numbers on it -

sticker in it 36752 19
date 06 09 1996
in the plastic has this 2637 then 35002
